FAQ section.

2. The following will not be handled:
        Photos sent to us by email - please send your photos
         using the photo upload utility in the site.
        Problems that are no directly related to the site (OS issues
         software, etc.).

3. If the problem is unanswered after going over the first 2 steps:
    Contact us at the email below with the following details
        Your username / user id
        A detailed description of the problem
        An email address for us to get back to

In order to make the support process more efficient, it is recommended that you go over the following steps:

  2. If you would like to unsubscribe from the mobile service, there is no need to contact our mobile support. You can easily unsubscribe by doing either of the following (no need to do both):
        from the "Update Profile" section of your account.

    You will receive a free confirmation by SMS that you have been unsubscribed.
